The Center is committed to ensuring organizations understand and have the tools necessary to manage various types of compliance risk, and to providing them with a reliable approach to demonstrate their efforts to develop, implement and enhance effective compliance programs in accordance with recognizable standards and evaluation processes.

Recognizing that compliance capability is built in layers, requiring significant time and money, the Center is dedicated to helping develop and implement these compliance efforts in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.

The Center’s certification methodology focuses both for-profit and not-for-profit entities on how to assess their compliance needs, guides and empowers them to develop and/or enhance their compliance programs and assists them in affirming effective implementation. Through the Center’s interactive workshops, guidance, and critiquing approach, entities gain skills to rapidly close compliance gaps, manage compliance costs more effectively, and be prepared to meet or exceed compliance requirements specific to their activities as changes occur in the regulatory and technical environment.
